When every photo session leaves you laughing more than you ever have before, you know it’s a good time. Ana’s a JMPVIP, she’s graduating from Saint Joseph High School, and her plan is to stay in the area and study psychology at Hancock Community College. For her, this is the best strategy to work on her own growth, and prepare for the future ahead. Her friends can attest that she’s one of the most caring people you could meet, and her plans for her career involve caring for a living. She wants to become a therapist, because she’s always loved to give advice, and wants to learn how to do that best.
This outgoing girl is as much busy as she is extroverted, and she spends the majority of her time working at the Santa Maria Country Club, and whatever time is leftover cheerleading and playing softball. She’s loved cheerleading the most, and one of her favorite memories from high school was her first starting cheer, and the deep friendship bonds she’s made since then. Those are some of the most important things in her life, but none of them are equal to her mother. “I look up to my mom because she's honestly got it all.” Ana said, “She's dedicated, hard working, caring and inspiring. She pushes me to always work harder, and to give everything my all. I want to be exactly like her.”
Our shoot was so fun, and the photos that came out of it really showcase that. We shot at the Union Hotel in Los Alamos, which is some of the prettiest area around. It complimented Ana’s beauty so well, and its cultivated landscapes played well off of her style. She loved the session as much as I did, and said, “Jillian has a unique eye and it is beautiful. She captures the you naturally, and nothing ever looks posed. I love her and her work, and I cannot wait to spend my senior year journey with her!” I can’t wait either Ana. Here’s to working together!
